We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Sales Operations Executive to develop and deliver efficient sales operations infrastructure, providing operational assistance for our managed customers.

You will work collaboratively with your team to adopt more efficient and effective ways of working and provide solution orientated guidance on BA and joint business partners’ requests enabling Account Managers in the field to maximize time with customers to drive revenue opportunities. You will own back office requests/enquiries and solve them within agreed SLA, following the internal procedures, effectively communicating with other departments as Deal Consultants, Agency Programmes, Distribution and airline partners.

You will need:

+ to make fact-based decisions that are in line with business goals and focus on finding solutions that deliver the best result
+ timely, clear and comprehensive communication, both verbally and written
