Our client is a globally focused fintech company based in Bratislava that aims to transform the way people understand and manage their finances.

We are looking for curious UX/UI designer who is interested in how people interact with digital products and enjoys turning complex ideas into simple, elegant interfaces. If you are comfortable experimenting with modern tools and using AI to speed up design workflows while maintaining high design quality, keep reading.

Your Role

As a UX / UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and improving user experience across our digital products. You will work closely with developers, product manager, and stakeholders to transform concepts into well-structured, functional, and visually appealing designs.

A key part of the role is working efficiently in Figma and leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate design, prototyping, and iteration.

What You’ll Do

• Design modern and intuitive user interfaces for web and digital products

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs inFigma

• Build and maintaindesign systems and reusable components

• Prototype and iterate on UX flows and interaction patterns

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation

• UseAI tools to accelerate design exploration, layout generation, and asset creation

• Continuously improve usability through feedback and iteration

• Ensure visual consistency across the product ecosystem

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• Figma– strong experience designing UI and managing design systems

• UI Design– ability to create clean, modern and consistent interfaces

• UX Thinking– understanding of user flows, usability and interaction design

• Design Systems– experience building reusable components and structured design libraries

• Collaboration– ability to work closely with developers and product

HIGHLY VALUED:

• AI-assisted UI generation and layout exploration

• AI tools for visual asset generation (icons, illustrations, graphics)

• AI-supported UX research and ideation

• Using AI to accelerate prototyping and design iterations

NICE TO HAVE (is a plus)

• Experience designing complex web applications or SaaS platforms

• Understanding of frontend constraints (HTML, CSS, component-based frameworks)

• Experience creating interactive prototypes

• Motion or micro-interaction design

• Experience collaborating in agile product teams
