At OKARGO, we help freight forwarders digitalize and simplify their procurement processes through our SaaS platform specialized in ocean freight pricing and procurement intelligence. Today, OKARGO is a global leader in digital procurement solutions for the maritime logistics industry, serving 150+ clients across multiple continents and international markets worldwide.

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Client Success Manager who will help our clients maximize the value of OKARGO and ensure high long-term client satisfaction and retention.

This role combines client management, strategic follow-up and coordination across internal teams. It is ideal for someone who enjoys structured client interactions, problem-solving and driving measurable outcomes in an international B2B SaaS environment.

Your responsibilities

Client Operations & Account Management

  • Supervise and coordinate daily client operations handled within the Client Success team

  • Oversee onboarding activities and support client adoption of the platform

  • Ensure efficient handling of client requests and issue resolution

  • Coordinate collaboration between clients and internal teams

Client Success & Retention

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients

  • Understand client needs and recommend relevant product functionalities

  • Educate clients on how to use OKARGO efficiently and increase product adoption

  • Identify dissatisfied or at-risk clients proactively and work on retention strategies

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with key clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement

Client Satisfaction & Product Improvement

  • Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Operations and Business Development teams

  • Escalate new client needs and evaluate potential product improvements

  • Help improve communication and client success processes

Team & Growth Perspective

You will join an existing Client Success structure and work together with a team member already supporting client operations. The role is expected to evolve with the company’s growth, including the opportunity to build and manage a larger Client Success team in the future.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Client Service or similar client-facing B2B role

  • Excellent English (C1)

  • French is a strong advantage (B2)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • Confidence in working with international clients

  • Resilience and ability to stay motivated even in challenging situations

  • Goal-oriented personality with a rational and pragmatic approach
