Co-products & Starches Production planner

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Production planning of the plant co-products output (Tate&Lyle Boleraz) in cooperation with local Production team, main products planning team (to follow up AOP, Tactical plans and stock levels defined) following the Sales forecast (Sales department) and sales orders (CSC)
• Internal and external stocks follow up to ensure for customers sufficient call demand at all times according to the rules agreed
• Blocked stock regular active management
• Weekly production plan and its daily update (daily follow up with the Plant manager / Production manager / Heads of production departments)
• Confirms new sales orders in SAP (daily delivery creation)
• Special quality customers' requirements follow up with Production, Quality and (Ext) Warehouses
• Manage special customers' requirements active fulfilment (plant / external warehouses)
• Active cooperation with Production on special projects, customer requirements, planned production stops
• Active support of new SKU creation and of new system projects (testing support,...)
• Immediate communication of problematic deliveries towards Customer service / Sales, searching for solutions
Back up:
• Monthly reporting of the co-products & starches sales as per the instructions
