ERP Business Consultant – Finance & Payroll / HR (Application Manager)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

An international manufacturing company is looking for a business-minded consultant who will own its Finance and HR/Payroll applications and act as the bridge between business teams and IT.

What you'll do

• Be the go-to person for Finance (approx. 60 %) and HR/Payroll (approx. 40 %) applications, from daily support tickets to improvement projects across individual business entities

• Understand how the business really works, map and improve processes, and translate requirements into system configuration within the ERP

• Develop the payroll and time & absence area further. Today it covers basic master data, and the goal is broader coverage including country-specific payroll requirements

• Run projects end to end (planning, delivery, go-live, post-go-live support) and coordinate internal teams, external partners and software vendors

• Manage incidents, changes and continuous improvement of the application landscape

• Prepare and run trainings and workshops for key users and end users

• Keep system and process documentation up to date

• Scout new tools and technologies relevant to Finance and HR

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Several years as an ERP / business application consultant, key user or process owner in Finance (GL, AP/AR, controlling, closing) and/or Payroll, Time & Absence

• Hands-on configuration experience in an ERP. IFS is a plus, and SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems are welcome

• Alternatively, a strong business support background in an industrial or manufacturing company combined with systems work

• A process mindset: you understand the "why" before you configure

• Independence and proactivity: you reach out to people instead of waiting for tickets

• Enough seniority to be the single point of contact for HR/Payroll systems

• A degree in IT, business informatics, economics or similar

• Good English for daily communication; awareness of agile methods and IT governance is an advantage
