IT Project Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will drive the modernization and improvement of our global IT infrastructure.

This role focuses primarily on delivering multi‑site infrastructure initiatives across networking, endpoint environments, data centers, cloud services, resilience, and production‑site connectivity. Security aspects are included, but mainly as a natural extension of good infrastructure design—not as the core function of the role.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys upgrading complex legacy environments, standardizing infrastructure across countries, and ensuring that plants and offices operate on a stable, modern, and scalable technology foundation.

• Lead infrastructure transformation projects across multiple international sites (network modernization, segmentation, connectivity upgrades, server and endpoint lifecycle, cloud adoption, device management standardization).
• Manage programs that improve IT resilience and operational continuity, including backup & recovery modernization and infrastructure readiness across production sites.
• Oversee upgrades to network architecture and site connectivity to support manufacturing, digitalization initiatives, and ERP rollouts.
• Coordinate infrastructure dependencies for business-driven programs (ERP, CRM, shop‑floor systems, R&D tools, digitalization and planning systems).
• Ensure consistent global standards for endpoints, networks, identity foundations, and device lifecycle management.
• Manage vendors, hardware and software integrators, and on-site technicians for smooth implementation.
• Keep project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation up to Group standards.
• Communicate effectively with plant IT teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Strong experience delivering complex infrastructure projects in multi‑country or multi‑site environments.
• Deep understanding of networking, connectivity, server environments, cloud services, device lifecycle/endpoint management, and infrastructure modernization best practices.
• Experience managing transitions away from outdated systems toward modern, standardized, centrally managed platforms.
• Understanding of how infrastructure underpins ERP, production systems, business applications, and digitalization initiatives.
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel, coordinating both internal teams and external partners.
• Solid communication skills and a structured, reliable approach to delivery.

Security (Secondary but Important)

• Awareness of modern security principles as they naturally apply to infrastructure projects (identity management, device compliance, privileged access, email and endpoint protection).
• Ability to incorporate security requirements into infrastructure plans without being the primary security owner.
• Experience working with security stakeholders, SOC/MSSP partners, or compliance teams is beneficial but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to identity & access modernization, endpoint compliance, or network segmentation projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune/MDM, Windows lifecycle programs.
• Experience supporting infrastructure requirements for ERP or production‑system rollouts (e.g., BC, SAP, TOTVS, Sage X3).
• Manufacturing/OT environment exposure.
