Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• Purchasing of non-production goods and services and repeated purchases if necessary
• Weekly communication with other departments and ordering consumption material keeping minimum storage
• Securing spare parts, replacement, machines, tools and other related items for engineering and maintenance
• Suppliers management and regular suppliers evaluation
• Cooperation with demanding department and comparing offers and quotations
• Solving all possible issues with purchased items. Suppliers warranty claims
• Invoices and other: control of delivery and payment notes, preparation of invoices for payment
• Sourcing new potential suppliers to satisfy purchasing needs and decrease of current prices
• Collecting and control of requirements for purchases from other departments, purchase orders issuing
• Material master and suppliers data administration in SAP

In connection with the selection procedure for future employees, organized by Hyundai Transys Slovakia s.r.o., Bratislavská cesta 119, Žilina 010 01, ID No.: 47 746 122, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Žilina, Section Sro, Insert No. 67156/L (hereinafter referred to as the " Data Controller "), you provide us with personal data contained in your CV, cover letter and questionnaire for the purpose of this selection procedure.

As the Data Controller, which obtains personal data directly from you as the data subject to whom the provided personal data relates, we are obliged to provide you with the following information on the basis of Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "General Data Protection Regulation"):

(a) the personal data are processed by the Controller (Hyundai Transys Slovakia s. r. o., Bratislavská cesta 119, Žilina 010 01, ID No.: 47 746 122) in the capacity of controller,
b) the processing of personal data for the purpose of the selection procedure organised by the Controller is necessary for the performance of measures prior to the conclusion of an employment contract or an agreement on work performed outside employment (hereinafter referred to as "similar contract") on the basis of your request as a data subject within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation,
(c) the personal data will or may be disclosed to the following:
a. Entities to which the Data Controller provides personal data ex lege (based on an obligation imposed by law or other generally binding legal regulation),
b. recruitment agencies,
c. c. security and safety services,
d) personal data collected for the purpose of the selection procedure will be stored for the duration of the selection procedure and for a further 6 months after its termination; after the end of the storage period, such personal data will be destroyed or (in the event of conclusion of an employment or similar contract) will be used for employment law purposes,
e) as a data subject, you have the right to request from the Data Controller access to personal data relating to you as a data subject, the right to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
f) the provision of personal data for the purpose of a selection procedure organised by the Controller is necessary for the performance of measures prior to the conclusion of an employment contract or similar contract on the basis of your request as a data subject within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation; failure to provide personal data for the above purpose shall preclude your participation in the selection procedure,
(g) the personal data are not subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR, nor is there any transfer of the personal data provided to a third country.
