Customer Service Representative

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

​We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our business partners, ensuring smooth order processing, customer communication, and administrative support. The position also involves occasional support at events and brand activities.​

Basic day:

• releasing orders in ERP system
• sending stock availability and  order confirmations
• sending invoices
• answering emails and phone calls
• claims and repairs handling

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Basic understanding of bookkeeping processes (e.g., invoicing, receivables)

• Previous experience working with an ERP system is useful (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar)

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics is a strong advantage

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Willingness to assist with physical work related to sales samples several times a year (three times a year)

• Flexibility to occasionally travel or work outside standard office hours for events and training (up to five times a year)
