IT Infrastructure Specialist (Windows)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Design, implementation, and operation of hosting infrastructures at European locations based on Windows
• Creation and optimization of operational concepts for hosting infrastructure (servers, storage, backup, virtualization, monitoring)
• Management of server assets and software distribution (e.g., WSUS; Intune; SCCM)
• Administration and further development of Hyper-V environments
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS
• Execution of lifecycle planning, emergency tests, and audit controls
• Troubleshooting within 2nd and 3rd level support
• Consulting and support for our departments and IT colleagues
• Participation in on-call duty

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Completed education in the IT field or comparable professional experience
• At least 2 years of experience in operating hosting infrastructures
• Solid knowledge of: Windows, Hyper-V, VMware, Azure / AWS, Pure/NetApp
• Experience with tools such as PRTG, SCCM, WSUS, Intune, Veeam, Acronis is an advantage
• Independent, structured working style with high initiative
• Teamwork and strong communication skills in English
