Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a motivated, pragmatic, and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our team in Bratislava. This is a dynamic opportunity to work in an international environment, supporting a wide range of legal matters and contributing to strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across various areas including commercial law, civil law, labour law, outsourcing, IT/IP, and regulatory topics such as DORA.
• Deliver real-time legal advice on regulatory issues, business initiatives, and projects.
• Draft, interpret, negotiate, and review contracts with clients and suppliers.
• Prepare and review internal policies, standard documents, and company regulations.
• Support both local and international project teams with legal expertise.
• Communicate with public authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor legislative developments and ensure regulatory compliance within the company.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level)
• Responsible, independent, and precise with strong attention to detail
• Flexible and able to perform under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
