Ovogene is the world’s first AI-driven egg donor bank and a global fertility ecosystem operating across 6 countries.
We combine science, medicine, technology, and biology to create modern, patient-centered reproductive care.
The clinic in Bratislava will become a strategic hub for Central Europe.

We are opening a new premium fertility clinic in Bratislava and looking for aBrand & Growth Managerwho can take full ownership of marketing, brand positioning, and business growth.

Your Mission

Turn a newly acquired clinic into a profitable, fast-growing medical brand in Slovakia.
You will be responsible for the full marketing cycle:market analysis → strategy → execution → ROI.



What You Will Do

Brand & Strategy
• Conduct full market and competitor analysis
• Audit the current brand, positioning, and funnel
• Build a clear value proposition for the local market
• Develop and maintain a unified brand identity and tone

Growth & Performance
• Plan and launch paid campaigns (Meta / Google)
• Build and optimize funnels for patient acquisition
• Test hypotheses, run A/B experiments, track ROI
• Manage monthly marketing budget and forecast growth

Patient Journey & CRM
• Map and improve the patient journey
• Create scripts, flows, and handover processes
• Collaborate closely with sales, doctors, and operations

Partnerships & PR
• Build local partnerships with clinics, doctors, wellness groups
• Launch small but effective PR initiatives
• Create local collaborations that drive trust and visibility

Reporting
• Track key metrics weekly (CPL, CPA, conversion rate, revenue impact)
• Report directly to Ovogene’s Head of Business Direction

Technical Skills
• Performance marketing: Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search/Display/Performance Max)
• Market & competitor research (EU healthcare focus)
• Brand audit & positioning
• Funnel building (patient journey, CRM flows)
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
• Basic SEO (structure, keywords, technical hygiene)
• A/B testing & hypothesis validation
• Copywriting for medical services
• Landing page optimisation (no-code builders welcome: Webflow, Wix, WordPress)
• Budgeting & ROI tracking
• CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or any equivalent)

• Strategic thinking + hands-on execution
• Ownership mentality
• Strong communication
• Data-driven decisions
• Ability to build structure in chaos
• Proactive, direct, fast
• Experience working cross-functionally (sales, doctors, ops)
