Our Bratislava consulting team is currently growing and hiring all seniority levels of employees.

Your tasks:

• Consulting the management of our insurance clients in mastering their strategic and operational tasks.
• Involvement in challenging projects in all aspects of the insurance and reinsurance industry.
• Touching topics such as underwriting, claims management, technical accounting, data strategy, target operating models, pricing, and finance excellence.
• You will have the opportunity to influence the modernization and digital transformation of the insurance & reinsurance industry and introduce new solutions into the client’s business.
• You will have a chance to participate as a member of the client’s team on projects ranging from fintech mergers and acquisitions, target operating model development, or even developing new automation solutions.
• Work on the frontline and gather the necessary requirements to then create the appropriate business analysis, documentation and specification required for project implementation.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Master’s degree in Management, Economics, or Information Technology or other relevant fields
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; professional experience in Business Analysis is beneficial
• Strong communication skills in English; other languages, such as French, German, or Italian are a plus
• Affinity to information technology; profound MS Office skills, any other technology experience is a benefit
• Strong team player with excellent soft skills and entrepreneurial attitude
• Professional industry experience in Management Consulting, Insurance, Reinsurance or Finance is a strong advantage
• Experience working with project management methodology is a plus

• Willingness to travel, occasionally up to four times per week
