Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Complete, checked and validated input of accounts payable data (purchase invoices, SBI’s) to the system in order to book it. Comment OCR templates for automatic invoicing and checking correctness of master data.
• Timely and accurate data processing. Booking of purchase invoices and SBI’s within agreed payment terms and timely before month end closing.
  
• Comprehensive reporting to internal and external relations about booked invoices,internal processes and possible inconsistencies.
  
• Follow up on inconsistencies in order to prevent aging creditors subledger.
  
• Adherence to compliance requirements within specific expertise area. Knowledge about purchase vat requirements of specific country and legislation
  
• Actively communicating with internal colleagues and external partners to serve the business in the most effective way
