O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  •  You are responsible for our Consent & Preference Management Platform, which is based on SAP Customer Data Cloud.
  • You manage the product backlog for this service and drive related discussions with global cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency for all involved teams.
  • You ensure the related IT service management, including, for example, incident, change, and problem management.
  • You plan and manage the integration of additional applications (including APIs) and country go-lives together with various stakeholders. This includes, for example, test management and user acceptance testing.
  • You coordinate collaboration with various vendors, including SaaS providers, and organize with internal teams. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring compliance of the IT system, particularly regarding quality standards, information security, and data protection regulations.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a completed Master's degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field.
  • You have several years of professional experience in IT, ideally in a marketing environment and in an international company.
  • You possess a strong intrinsic interest in data privacy as well as business requirements and processes.
  • You have solid experience in successfully implementing IT projects using agile methodologies (e.g., waterfall, structured problem solving).
  • Ideally, you have experience with consent and preference management systems (e.g., SAP's Customer Data Cloud or similar) as well as in-depth knowledge of APIs and a general understanding of data flows.
  • Knowledge of marketing tech stack areas (e.g., CMS, marketing automation) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, to successfully operate in our international work environment. German language skills are a plus.

  • We own it: With your strong problem-solving skills, you can systematically tackle challenges while prioritizing the users.
  • You possess good communication skills and approach tasks in a structured manner with a quick grasp. In doing so, you enjoy developing new solution approaches and thus bring new impulses to your own team and the organization.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2400 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
