What You'll Do
Business Development & Technical Consultation:
• Identify market opportunities and introduce breakthrough film solutions
• Provide expert technical consultation on product selection and applications
• Build and maintain key customer relationships across multiple industries
• Drive complex project implementations combining products, markets, and applications
Strategic Market Leadership:
• Represent Covestro in industry associations and technical forums
• Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
• Support development of regional sales strategies with local market insights
• Ensure customer satisfaction through technical problem-solving
Value added to the success of the company:
• Develop deep understanding on business rules and principles of relevant markets, customers, and value chains.
• Be connected with all accounts on various hierarchy levels.
• Support the achievement of principal`s commercial strategy.
• Generate and support a high level of customer satisfaction.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Your Background:
Essential Technical & Educational Requirements:
• Chemical, materials science, or technical engineering degree (non-negotiable)
• Based in Slovakia or Hungary with willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• 5+ years technical sales experience in chemical/materials industry, preferably in international companies
• Technical consulting skills to advise customers on product selection and applications
• Driving license
Leadership & Management Capabilities:
• Strong managerial skills: critical thinking, organization, decisiveness, planning, and sound judgment
• Cross-cultural leadership ability - motivate, coach, and direct people from diverse backgrounds without formal authority
• International mindset with experience working across different cultures
Communication & Interpersonal Excellence:
• Customer-oriented approach with proven selling and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities: team player, active listening, highly motivated
• Disciplined and well-organized work style
• Fluent in local language and English (mandatory); Hungarian knowledge is a significant advantage
Technical Proficiency:
• Computer literacy: MS-Office, SAP, CRM systems at operational level
• Experience with technical documentation and customer presentations
