Role Overview
You will act as a senior Business Analyst with strong architectural thinking, responsible for shaping and validating business demands across multiple markets. This is a content-heavy role, not a coordination function — you will define problems, not just document them.

You will work with incomplete or unclear inputs, deconstruct complex requirements, and ensure they are transformed into high-quality, implementable specifications. Operating in a federated environment, you will influence decisions across stakeholders without direct authority, balancing business needs, system capabilities, and long-term consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• ​Analyze and decompose complex business requests within life or non-life insurance domains
• Transform ambiguous inputs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements
• Challenge stakeholders to clarify, refine, and validate their business needs
• Identify functional impacts across processes, systems, and integrations
• Consolidate and harmonize similar demands across multiple countries
• Define and enforce standards for requirement quality and completeness
• Act as a quality gate before requirements move into delivery
• Review proposed solutions and ensure alignment with business intent
• Guide stakeholders in structuring high-quality requirements without taking over ownership
• Identify opportunities to reuse existing functionality instead of creating unnecessary complexity
• Facilitate discussions across business and IT stakeholders at senior levels
• Contribute to improving overall demand management and analysis practices

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Strong experience as Business Analyst, Business Architect, or similar role in insurance
• Deep understanding of life or non-life insurance products and processes (must-have)
• Proven ability to work with complex business requirements end-to-end
• Experience with core systems or large-scale enterprise environments
• Ability to challenge stakeholders and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to downstream impacts and dependencies
• Experience defining or improving requirement standards and documentation quality
• Confidence in working with senior stakeholders across multiple countries
• Ability to operate independently in a loosely structured, federated environment
• Strong communication skills — both business-facing and technical understanding
