About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Content Creator & Prompt Specialist to help us build a large-scale, high-quality content library for our digital sports performance platform.

This role is focused on creating, adapting, improving, and organizing platform-ready content with the support of modern AI tools. It is not only about classic video editing or content creation. A key part of the role is knowing how to work with AI, write effective prompts, evaluate AI outputs critically, and turn them into usable content for a real product.

You will work with video, text, audio, visual assets, scripts, sourced materials, creative references, and AI-supported workflows. Your task will be to transform ideas and raw materials into structured, engaging, visually clear, and brand-aligned content for athletes and sports users.

The ideal candidate understands digital content production, has a good creative eye, knows how to use AI tools practically, and can create high-quality prompts for text, visual, video, audio, research, and content adaptation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and adapt content for our platform, with a strong focus on video, visual assets, scripts, and AI-supported production.

• Write, test, and improve prompts for AI tools used in text generation, visual creation, video concepts, music direction, research, ideation, and workflow support.

• Turn ideas, raw materials, scripts, sourced assets, and creative concepts into platform-ready content.

• Use AI tools to support content creation, concept development, visual exploration, editing workflows, asset adaptation, and production efficiency.

• Generate and refine AI-assisted outputs so they meet our visual, emotional, technical, product, and brand standards.

• Work with video, audio, image, text, and mixed-media formats to create strong content experiences.

• Edit and produce videos using modern editing tools and efficient production workflows.

• Prepare creative directions, references, templates, visual briefs, and content structures for AI-assisted production.

• Search, select, organize, and adapt media assets, including stock, licensed, AI-generated, and internally created materials.

• Help build and expand a structured internal content library for long-term use.

• Tag, organize, and maintain content assets so they are easy to find, reuse, and scale.

• Collaborate with the product team to create content that fits the platform, audience, methodology, and product vision.

• Continuously improve content workflows, especially in connection with AI tools, automation, templates, and scalable production systems.

Requirements:

• English language: B2 or higher.

• Proven experience with content creation, video editing, digital production, multimedia content, or AI-supported content workflows.

• Practical experience with AI tools used for content creation, prompting, visual production, text generation, research, ideation, video, audio, or creative workflows.

• Strong ability to write clear, structured, and effective prompts.

• Ability to evaluate AI outputs critically and improve them instead of simply copying the first generated result.

• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, structure, visual clarity, and emotional impact in digital content.

• Strong practical skills in video editing and content production tools.

• Ability to work with different types of digital assets and adapt them into platform-ready outputs.

• Good creative judgment combined with reliable technical execution.

• High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality, consistency, and brand alignment.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content tasks at once.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a wider product and content team.

• Interest in sport, performance, motivation, digital products, creative technologies, and AI-supported content production.
