Teamleader for Component Testing at R&D

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Lead all aspects of testing within the project from start-up phase to final release
  
• Schedule and supervise test technicians within customer teams
  
• Coordinate activities with respective System engineer and Program manager
  
• Create and issue development status and test reports
• Collect and control testing costs (material, tools, external testing etc.)
  
• Report any observation (a test condition or result that cannot be judged as PASS or FAIL directly), deviation or non-conformity relative to test description or test samples.
• Report and track test results
• To develop or create test procedures
• To handle specific tasks for customer teams or development team such as logistics, test requests, testing costs, test planning and scheduling etc.
• To be responsible for R&D SK Warehouse with complete evidence about incoming and outcoming material. Take care for traceability of all material in Testlab Database and JIRA or defined warehouse SW
  
• Coordinate international logistics, arrange special transports to prevent delays
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and customs paperwork
• Manage custom clearance processes, monitoring and responding to emails regarding missing information on customs shipments (e.g. missing HTS codes, countries of origin), confirmation or rejection of delivery terms (DAP, DDP, FCA, EXW etc.)
• Daily contact with customs brokers regarding customs clearance of goods, corrections of documentation, customs refunds, payment of customs duties and services during customs clearance
