O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for an experienced Purchasing leader who will take ownership of the plant purchasing function, supplier management, and procurement team leadership. This role combines strategic decision-making, operational excellence, cost optimization, and supplier quality management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Your main mission
- Ensure efficient purchasing operations supporting production and new product development
- Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team
- Drive cost optimization and supplier performance improvements
- Act as the key escalation point for supplier quality and delivery issues
- Contribute to purchasing strategy and MAKE-or-BUY decisions
What you will be responsible for
- Managing purchasing processes, budgets, and procurement activities within the plant
- Coordinating material purchasing for production and new projects
- Leading supplier escalations and resolving quality-related issues
- Collaborating closely with production, quality, engineering, and other internal stakeholders
- Representing Purchasing during customer and IATF audits
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives
- Supporting purchasing KPIs and operational performance targets
- Approving contracts and purchase orders according to company authorization rules

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
What we are looking for
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain / Logistics
- Previous leadership experience managing teams
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to build effective relationships across teams and suppliers
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced English – written and spoken
- Willingness to travel when required
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to lead and develop people
- Resilience and problem-solving approach
