End User Support Engineer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Support and pro-active management of End User Equipment’s (Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobiles, Printers, Projectors, Engineering Devices etc.) and office set up/configuration functions
- Trouble shooting of issues as well as coordination with support functions at offshore
- Provide support for End User operations across customer locations and manage IT Security threats to End User Devices
- Vendor coordination for End User equipment’s
- Maintaining agreed SLA levels and assuring Quality of delivery at all times
- Follow service management processes (e.g. Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem etc.)
- Assist in preparing all operational reports

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Understanding of IT infrastructure
- Ability to understand basic network infrasturcture
- Ability to troubleshoot desktop, laptops and printer
- Knowledge of image deployment on desktop and laptops
- Basic understanding of desktop and laptop configuration
- Basic understanding of network devices like cisco switch and routers
- Understanding of VPN setup
- Experience of working with different vendors
- Knowledge of MS Office and other standard softwares
