Are you ready to be a game-changer in digital transformation? We are searching for a Full Stack Developer who goes beyond coding—someone who deeply understands business processes, data analysis, and the interconnections between diverse systems. In this role, you'll work on two pivotal products: a customer dashboard for our flagship product Intuition, which orchestrates a fleet of warehouse robots, and an internal dashboard that consolidates data from systems like sales, aftersales, spare parts, maintenance, and shift scheduling. Your expertise will shape the technical framework and ensure the solutions align with real-world processes and deliver the best user experience.

Core responsibilities:

• Customer Dashboard: Enhance our Intuition dashboard to deliver real-time and historical insights that empower our clients with actionable intelligence
• Internal Dashboard: Create an integrated platform that connects internal systems (sales, aftersales, spare parts, maintenance, scheduling) to provide a comprehensive view of operations
• Dive deep into data analysis to uncover trends and define key performance indicators
• Translate complex datasets into intuitive visualizations that guide strategic decision-making
• Understand and map the intricate links between systems to ensure seamless process integration
• Develop and maintain dynamic web applications
• Build robust server-side solutions and manage databases
• Manage project dependencies with npm or other package management tools
• Engage proactively with various departments to gather insights, clarify requirements, and propose new functionalities
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to understand and translate business processes into technical designs
• Lead both functional and technical design efforts, ensuring your work is aligned with overall business goals
• Create and maintain clear documentation—from technical specifications to user guides—ensuring continuity and ease of use
• Ensure that every aspect of your work, from code to interface design, meets the highest standards of quality and usability

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in web application development
• Familiarity with Node.js, React, NextJS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Python and REST API development
• Skilled in using npm or other package management tools
• A knack for transforming raw data into insightful, user-friendly visualizations
• Experience with UX/UI design to ensure your interfaces are both attractive and intuitive
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Naturally talkative and proactive in engaging with multiple departments to extract essential information and drive improvements
• Strong analytical skills to dissect complex challenges and devise practical, effective solutions
• Quick to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with additional web development frameworks and tools is a plus
