What will your role in the team be?

Since summer 2023, mobile products at O2 have been managed by agile cross-functional teams made up of colleagues specializing in CX, Processes, UX/UI design, data analytics, marketing communication, solution architecture, IT FE&BE development, and testing.
We’re currently looking for an experienced Scrum Masters to join some of these end-to-end product teams.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and facilitating agile ceremonies
- Removing obstacles that hinder the team’s progress
- Closely collaborating with the Product Owner on backlog management and task prioritization
-Coaching the team in agile principles and supporting self-organization
- Ensuring smooth development processes and continuously improving them
- Shielding the team from outside disruptions to maintain their focus
- Promoting transparent and effective communication within the team
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance metrics, and supporting planning

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
What we expect from you:
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Experience in people and team development (e.g. Management 3.0, Coaching, Liberating Structures, etc.)
- A technical background is a plus
- Experiences in launching new teams
- Experiences in delivering complex projects is a plus
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Skilled in facilitating improvements and removing impediments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A team player who fosters transparency and collaboration
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
