Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
This is a superb opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic junior candidate with a fluent level of English, eager to learn more about HR processes.
- Onboarding activities for new joiners in the EU, including background check initiation and management
- Daily communication and close cooperation with HR colleagues, as well as new candidates and new joiners
- Requesting & collecting all kinds of supporting documents needed for successful onboarding (incl. validations)
- Covering the onboarding process from an administrative perspective
- Employee data management (HR database)
- Managing Car fleet
- Close cooperation with Recruitment & HR Department

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Fluent English is a must
- Previous Recruitment / HR / Coordination experience is strongly appreciated
- MS Office skills (MS Excel, Outlook)
- Able to prioritize tasks accordingly
- Strong ability to work within an international environment and be focused on providing a high-quality service to the client
- Attention to detail (data quality)
