Salesforce Software Engineer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

For our client we are looking for Salesforce Software Engineer, whi will be responsible for high priority case management projects, dedicated to maximizing the value of Salesforce Service Cloud, while adhering to sound ITSM practices.

Responsibilities
- Competent to perform all programming, and development assignments without close supervision.
- Works independently on complex systems or infrastructure components that may be used by one or more applications or systems.
- Acquiring client requirements, resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.
- Drives application development focused around delivering business valuable features.
- Maintains high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Identifies and encourages areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Communicate with end users and internal customers to help direct development, debugging, and testing of application software for accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness.
- Performs integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of components that requires careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results.
- Responsible for performing other job duties as assigned by the project management from time to time.
- Implement functionality based on product requirements
- Design technical solution and software components
- Work with product team to understand the requirements and help steering features development
- Work and communicate effectively in agile team

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

- 3+ years of software development experience or at least one year of experience with master’s degree in computer science or related field
- Experience with software development using OOP (Apex, Java, .NET or similar) ´
- Experience with web development (Javascript, HTML, CSS)
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
- Passion for technology and an eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Fluent English

Ideal candidate will also have:
- Certified Salesforce Platform developer 1 & Salesforce Admin
- Certified Salesforce Platform developer 2
- Strong analytical, designing and programming skills
- Proven experience with of the following:
○ Developing, deploying, and maintaining software at scale.
○ Developing software applications using relational and Nosql databases.
○ Application architectural patterns, such as MVC, Microservices, Event-driven, etc.
○ CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GoCD, Azure Devops etc.
○ Public clouds such as AWS or Azure.
○ Working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum).

Nice to Have Skills
Understanding of the following:
- API proxies on platforms such as Apigee Edge, AWS API Gateway or Azure API Gateway
- API tools such as Swagger, Postman and Assertible
- Test driven development and behavior driven development.
- Testing tools such as Selenium and Cucumber and their integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- MySQL, Snowflake, or Oracle
