Purchase and Order management

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

+ Regarding purchase and customer order administration:

• Purchase: defining material need, looking for suppliers, requesting prices, and placing orders at suppliers, and following up with them.
• Order admin: order processing and sending out confirmation, and communication with customers regarding open orders.
  
• Logistics: booking transport and prepare shipping documentation (invoices and packing lists)

+ Support the other departments in their jobs in case of need or during their absence.

+ Supporting the management in all tasks required to ensure smooth running of the company.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Able to communicate well in English, spoken and written.

Willingness and dedication to perform your job in the best way possible.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is a benefit, but not a condition.

Preciseness, pro-active attitude and being able to work independent.

Communicative skills to communicate with customers and suppliers.

Good user knowledge of Windows, Office, and email software. Part of the job is performed in ERP software. Experience with this is not required, good computer skills however are.
