Digital Learning Project Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• Take global ownership of MyHR Learning (Cornerstone) and drive its governance, continuous improvement, system enhancements, reporting, platform performance, testing and releases across the Group.
• Act as the global learning technology expert, advising and enabling Country HR teams and Learning Key Users to ensure effective platform adoption and usage.
• Shape and develop global digital learning solutions across leadership, people management, compliance, safety and business capabilities.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify learning and capability needs and translate them into scalable, high-quality digital learning solutions.
• Drive modern learning design and content development, applying instructional design principles and leveraging authoring tools such as Easygenerator.
• Shape Wienerberger’s approach to AI-enabled learning and emerging learning technologies, identifying and piloting solutions that improve quality, learner experience, scalability and efficiency.
• Lead global digital learning projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders across HR, IT, business functions, countries and external partners.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital learning, learning technology or L&D, ideally within an international or global organization.
• Strong hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS); experience with Cornerstone is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in digital learning design and content development, including modern authoring tools such as Easygenerator, Articulate or similar.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult-learning principles and the ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
• Strong interest in AI and emerging learning technologies, with the ability to translate new technologies into practical learning applications.
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across countries, functions and seniority levels; fluent English.
