O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

-Aligning supply and demand in the short-, mid-, and long-term horizon to optimize costs and customer service level.

Preparing planning scenarios (in the Quintiq planning system) based on management requirements.

-Translating production plans into material requirements, especially for lignite and biomass, to ensure smooth operation of production kilns.

-Ensuring timely availability of fuels and raw materials in the required quantity and quality.

-Planning and optimizing material flow with regard to:storage and silo capacities,target inventory levels,prevention of overstock or material shortages.

-Timely and accurate communication of delivery plans to suppliers, transport companies, and production plants.

-Close cooperation with internal departments (Sales, Production, Purchasing, Customer Service).

-Cooperation with the Purchasing department to ensure execution of contracted volumes.

-Supporting supplier performance improvement in terms of quality and on-time delivery.

-Organizing interplant lime transfers and coordinating deliveries between plants in different countries.

-Daily monitoring of lime stock levels in silos (SK, CZ, HU, BA).

-Managing operational changes and deviations from the plan (disruptions, sudden changes in demand or production).

-Supporting and analyzing supply chain and logistics-related projects.

-Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of KPIs and processes within global programs.

-Active communication with stakeholders to resolve constraints and issues within the supply chain.
