Junior IT Quality & Reporting Analyst (Itil / Service Management)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
•Learn & provide expertise in Methodology, QA & Security in order to meet Accenture standards

•Advise projects about project management processes

•Manage project records in Accenture internal tools

•Set up new projects towards Accenture standards

•Perform regular Internal QA & Security Audits

•Deliver regular reports to management (QA & Financial focus)

•Control fulfillment of KPI targets and continuously clarify possible variances

•Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions

•Communicate with colleagues across 5 locations (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria)

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project management, Information Technology, Economic/Mathematic studies or related field

•Knowledge of English language proficiency at advanced (C1) level AND Slovak language at Mastery level (C2)

•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

•Interest in becoming internal auditor in Project Management, Quality and Security fields

•Proactive with can-do-attitude

•Focus on details, precise delivery, logical reasoning

•Solid planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture

•Interest in project and process management in IT
