Talent & People Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a talent-driven generalist to own the full people lifecycle — from the moment we decide to hire someone to the moment they walk through the door, and everything that keeps them growing while they're here. You will run end-to-end recruitment, help build a hiring process that works, and gradually shape how we develop our people. You will also be the go-to HR person for our teams. If you thrive on autonomy, like building things from scratch, and want a role that grows with you — this is it.

• Handle recruitment from intake to offer: job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, and handover.
• Build candidate pipelines ahead of time — LinkedIn, job boards, outreach, referrals — so we're ready before a role even opens.
• Write job postings that get responses, and team up with Marketing on employer branding.
• Run interviews and give hiring managers clear, useful feedback; work closely with the same group of managers over time.
• Build and run a proper onboarding experience, not just day-one admin.
• Support exit interviews and bring what you learn back to managers.
• Help organize training and courses when teams need them.
• Answer everyday HR questions from our people, with more complex cases going to the People Manager.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• 2-4 years in recruitment or an HR generalist role, ideally having owned the full hiring process yourself.
• Experience with both office and warehouse/operational hiring is a significant advantage.
• Experience with an ATS setup/improvements.
• Basic knowledge of Slovak labour law.
• Take real ownership — you spot what needs fixing and don't wait to be told.
• Work independently but know when to ask for help instead of guessing.
• Genuinely enjoy working with people, not just processing them through a pipeline.
• Build relationships easily with the same managers and colleagues over time.
• Bring ideas for doing things better, not just executing what's asked.
