Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Role Purpose

This position is within the commercial real estate sector, focusing on construction-related project management for interior fit-outs, refurbishments, and technical consulting services across Slovakia. 

Responsibilities:

• Management of several fit-out & refurbishment projects – controlling time, cost and quality issues through the planning, permitting, design, tendering and execution stages
• Day to day delivery of all project tasks
• Formal progress reporting to clients, both local and international
• Negotiations, coordination and management of other consultants, contractors and statutory authorities
• Involvement in the expansion of services offered by the Project & Development Services team, including Technical Due Diligence, Landlor’s Supervision, Planned Maintenance & general technical consultancy
• Meeting clients, pitching, business winning – both local and International clients
• Marketing, including pitches and presentations, preparation of case studies and marketing materials and involvement in the strategic growth of the department
• Cooperation with the wider Project & Development Services teams and support of other business lines across the CEE iO network.
• Business travel within the scope of the role required

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Professional experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the commercial real estate industry
  
• Financial acumen and experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is a plus

Qualifications & skills

• Strong communication skills in English and Slovak language.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (ability to work independently and as part of a professional team)
• Effective organizational and time management skills (ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize deliverables)
• Comfortable with frequent or rapid change
• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethics
• Understanding the commitment to client service
