Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Your responsibilities:
• Analyse, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of the technical team
• Communicate proactively with all involved team members to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
• Act as the main communication interface towards the customers and involved development partners
• Handle certification process and all related communication with third-party certification labs
• Maintain the project budget and schedule
• Create regular project reports and log project status updates

Your profile:
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Very good time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of hardware and software (preferably embedded, as our stack is based on Yocto, Linux and C/C++)
• Background in software or hardware development
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating system
• Basic experience with Software Release Management (like Jenkins)
• Comfortable with reading technical specifications (product requirements, certification requirements, etc.)
• Stress resistant
• Comfortable with both verbal and written communication in English
