O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Manage Spare Parts Planning including replenishment to Forward Stock Holding Locations.
- Control Excess and Obsolete Inventory and contribute to stock optimization
- Calculate and coordinate stock rebalancing to maintain optimal distribution
- Conduct regular KPI reviews with internal teams and customers such as: Inbound TAT, Parts Availability, Defective Pats Return TAT, Inventory Accuracy.
- Monitor key KPIs (parts availability, stock accuracy) and drive improvement actions)
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to report out Partner Performance.
- Support smaller-scale improvement initiatives with basic PMO activities
- Oversee Partner Management, including resolving inventory discrepancies, tracking inbound shipments, addressing system inaccuracies, and participating in weekly Business Partner calls
- Support recall and stock rebalancing activities across the network
- Process daily operational requests from partners, service providers externally and Service Delivery team internally (ETA inquiries, system clean-up tasks)
- Produce and evaluate Transit and Past Due Reports to track replenishment to Business Partners and Forward Stocking Locations
- Monitor defective part return shipments to the Reverse Hub and work to reduce return cycle tim

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or related areas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel (comfortable working with large data sets)
- Professional communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Curious, open-minded, and eager to learn new processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize independently
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a strong advantage
