Procurement & Disposition Coordinator – Welding Shop (m/f/d)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

The role ensures reliable availability of direct and indirect materials for the welding shop. Acting as a central coordinator (“go-to person”), the position connects production, purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Disposition and procurement of direct and indirect materials for the welding shop
• Processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries
• Posting goods receipts in ERP systems
• Inventory management and coordination with warehouse operations
• Organization of external services (e.g. surface coating)
• Initiation and coordination of direct deliveries
• Packaging coordination and preparation of staging / delivery notifications
• Continuous coordination with HQ Purchasing and Logistics
• Close operational cooperation with the Welding Shop Production Manager
• Identification and resolution of supply bottlenecks

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Required Qualifications

• Technical or commercial education
• Experience in procurement, disposition, or production-related logistics
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally welding or metalworking
• ERP experience (SAP, BC Dynamics, or similar)
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills in cross-functional environments
• HandsOn mentality
• English proficiency required; German or Italian a plus
