Business Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Lead the elicitation and consolidation of business requirements, ensuring full alignment with project goals and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define, analyze, and document business processes, KPIs, and functional requirements.
• Assess current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization, driving improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications for IT and development teams.
• Prepare, structure, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Own and manage the product backlog, actively contributing to release planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Develop and maintain Requirements Management Plans and ensure full traceability through Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that delivered solutions meet both business and regulatory requirements.
• Provide user training support and act as a proxy Product Owner when required.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and corporate governance frameworks.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and IT project experience.
  
• Skilled in requirements management across the full software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; experience working in international teams.
• Certifications (PMI-PBA®, CBAP®, CSPO or similar) are a strong plus.
