Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated colleague to lead and manage environment focused on traditional infrastructure, including Linux, Windows, Network, Storage, Oracle and other on-premise systems. This role will require an individual who can drive day to day tasks, manage a cross-functional team, and ensure the effective management, development, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional IT infrastructure and a passion for solving complex challenges in bank environment.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Skills & Competencies in Infrastructure Management & Optimization:

• Ensure that applications and tools are optimized for performance, scalability, and security across traditional on-premise environments.
• Monitor and assess the performance of infrastructure components and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Work closely with system administrators and infrastructure teams to ensure the infrastructure supports the product’s operational needs and performance expectations
• Work with security teams to ensure applications meet required security standards, especially in terms of network security, data protection, and user access management.
• Ensure that all infrastructure applications comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices ( PCI DSS, NIS 2, CIS …)
• Collaborate closely with network engineers, storage administrators, system administrators, and other technical teams to ensure effective product delivery and infrastructure management.


What you need to have

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role managing infrastructure-focused applications, specifically in Linux, Windows, networking, and storage.
• Strong understanding of traditional on-premise infrastructure, including server management, networking protocols, storage solutions, and system monitoring tools.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure management tools, automation technologies, and IT monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, infrastructure automation, and configuration management systems.
• Experience with IT infrastructure management platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, storage systems) and network monitoring tools.
