About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative AI Enablement Engineer to join our Foundational Technologies team for a project on a fixed-term basis for 6 months with an opportunity to continue our collaboration.

As an AI Enablement Engineer, your primary mission is to act as a force multiplier, driving widespread AI adoption across our delivery teams. Your impact will be measured by the lasting transformation you inspire, guiding teams to become fully self-sufficient in designing, evaluating, and responsibly applying cutting-edge AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:

·         AI Enablement & Collaboration

o    Design & implement AI solutions on real team problems

o    Identify opportunities for AI across Software development life cycle

·         Agentic AI Design (MASTER)

o    Design multi-agent pipelines and AI workflows

o    Build reusable AI components and integrations

·         LLM Expertise (EXPLAIN)

o    Understand token prediction, hallucinations, context limits

o    Explain AI failures and mitigation

·         Team Transformation (INSPIRE)

o    Inspire teams to adopt AI in real scenarios

o    Enable learning culture and experimentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Experienced in software development life cycle
• Experience with AI/LLM tools and integrations (GitHub copilot, Claude Code Anthropic)
• Ability to design agentic AI solutions
• Strong communication and leadership potential

Success Criteria: Success is measured by team transformation — enabling teams to independently use AI and creating new AI champions across the organization
