What will you do

Senior Finance Business Partner with a dual mandate across EMEA FP&A Special Projects and EMEA Transformation. Acts as a strategic finance advisor to regional and corporate leadership, driving data‑driven decision‑making through advanced financial analysis, KPI tracking, workforce analytics, and end‑to‑end support of transformational initiatives. Serves as a central finance focal point connecting FP&A, Transformation, Controllership, HR, and Operations.

How will you do it

1) Finance Business Partner – EMEA FP&A Special Projects

• Lead KPI tracking and performance analysis for EMEA special and strategic initiatives, translating financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver complex ad‑hoc financial analyses, leveraging Workday headcount data and OneStream actuals, plans, and outlooks.
• Provide finance leadership and analytical support to strategic and structural initiatives, including:
  • Quantification of financial impacts from organizational and structural changes
  • Centralization initiatives, transitioning functions from field to corporate organizations
• Coordinate Long‑Range Planning (LRP) activities in close partnership with Regional Finance Directors and Regional VPs, ensuring alignment with EMEA and corporate financial objectives.
• Support senior EMEA finance leadership with high‑quality financial insights for executive decision‑making.
• Act as an approver for:
  • New Hire Requests for assigned cost centers
  • Spend Control Tower (pre‑PO approval tool), ensuring compliance, cost discipline, and financial governance
• Coordinate and deliver ad‑hoc financial requests from:
  • EMEA Transformation Lead
  • EMEA Finance VP
  • EMEA FP&A Lead
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across Finance, Transformation, HR, OTC, Procurement, and Operations to ensure financial integrity, transparency, and execution discipline.

2) Finance Business Partner – EMEA Transformation

• Serve as the primary finance partner to the EMEA Transformation Lead, providing end‑to‑end financial oversight of transformation initiatives.
• Analyze, interpret, and challenge forecasts, plans, and actuals for transformation initiatives captured in Wave.
• Actively participate in the ideation, creation, and setup of transformation initiatives, including:
  • Growth initiatives
  • Cost‑savings and efficiency programs
• Ensure accurate financial structuring, documentation, and tracking of initiatives within Wave, from concept through execution.
• Function as the finance focal point for transformational initiatives, ensuring strong interlock with:
  • Corporate Technical Accounting
  • Controllership
  • Regional and Corporate Finance teams

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 3300 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.

What we look for

• 5+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent

• experience in Accounting/Finance.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Ability to work in complex financial systems environment.

• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.

• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated, while being active team player

• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the organization and work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
