Facility Officer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

​We are looking for a dedicated and determined Facility Officer for our warehouse and offices in Gan. Your role is to guarantee the most efficient use of equipment and maintain a safe working environment for our staff, overseeing the maintenance and repairs of buildings and premises and issuing work orders to subcontractors while staying within budget.

Your main tasks will be:

• responsibility for complex facility management of warehouse and offices

• care for smooth provision of services - supervision of suppliers and subcontractors, control of costs, technical equipment and functionality of equipment
• communication with the superior project manager, client, tenants, suppliers and subcontractors
• drawing up plans/schedules of regular and irregular maintenance - setting deadlines, tasks, responsibility for their fulfillment
• visual inspection of technical equipment and performance of functional tests
• compliance with contractual conditions, financial budgets, and deadlines for work performed
• support activities in complaint and warranty procedures
• preparation of documents for billing
• energy management to ensure adherence to managing energy sources
• assist with special projects related to office facilities, including office construction and refurbishments and vendor bidding  processes​
  
• driving continuous improvements in the facilities management service area
