You will drive business opportunities forward by connecting with clients, partners, and colleagues, while supporting the team in winning tenders, preparing proposals, and coordinating international projects. Experience in business development is a plus, but not essential. This role is ideal for someone with strong ambition to grow and, over time, progress into a senior position. What matters most to us are the personality requirements, so don’t forget to check them before applying. :)
What you will do:
• Be the first point of coordination for incoming business and referral requests, making sure they reach the right colleagues and partners
• Support referrals and partner cooperation – from communication with business associations to assisting with proposals, contracts, NDAs and invoicing
• Keep our CRM and reports accurate and up to date, helping turn data into clear overviews and insights
• Support the Business Development team with international RFIs/RFPs, proposals and cross border cooperation
• Communicate daily with clients, partners and internal teams, building trust and long term relationships
• Help maintain shared documentation and SharePoint, keeping information clear, structured and accessible
• Contribute to the growth of our partner community through research, coordination and internal projects

• Strong communication skills and presentation abilities are essential, since you will be communicating with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Questions and requests can come from different directions, and sometimes you’ll need to improvise or simply admit that you don’t know, which is absolutely fine.
• Attention to detail is also key – accuracy and thoroughness are critical when coordinating tenders, preparing proposals, and managing client requests.
