Junior Accountant Accounts Payable (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
As a Junior Accountant for Accounts Payable you will be ensuring timely, accurate and compliant service delivery for all Accounts Payable transactions assigned to your role.

Your daily tasks on this position will include:

• Supports the day to day Accounts Payable operations for the following process areas:
• Process invoices until the release of payment
• Handle internal and external communication
• Support vendor account maintenance and closing activities
• Assists and support ad-hoc requests
• Ensures the understanding and compliant service delivery across Covestro of agreed policies and procedures.
• Understands service level agreements and key performance indicators for Accounts Payable related processes.
• Achieves performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
• Assists the implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the Accounts Payable transaction processing.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• High school degree or equivalent experience, preferable in accounting or business
• Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes.
• Ability to adapt to new culture and people.
• Good communication skills
• Business proficient English
