Senior Contract Analyst with Italian OR German Language

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a Sr. Contract Analyst with Italian or German language to support contracting and sourcing projects. You will help manage contracts from review to negotiation, collaborating closely with Legal, Global Process Owners, and other cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

What you’ll do:

• Facilitate contracts, including routing for review, redlining, and negotiating with legal and business stakeholders
• Work on various agreements such as SOWs, MSAs, standalone agreements, and license agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are accurate and aligned with business needs
• Support sourcing projects based on category and project complexity
• Assist with preparing competitive go-to-market events
• Maintain sourcing event and contract trackers
• Review product availability and pricing information

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement or business contracts
• Experience supporting sourcing events and contract negotiation processes
• Experience using tools likeAriba, Icertis, or similar
• Strong internal stakeholder management and project management skills
• Comfortable managing data, tracking performance, and meeting tight deadlines
• Proficient inMicrosoft Officeand collaboration tools such as Teams
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Ability to ask the right questions, exercise sound business judgment, and work effectively with ambiguity
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail
