Commercial Contracts Coordinator

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• Coordinating all activities related to contractual documentationfor commission settlement, particularly in connection with the introduction and modification of business and pricing models in the German market.
• Coordinating and aligning requirements with specialist teams in operational sales, sales management, and commission settlement.
• Drafting legal contracts and documents in close collaboration with the central legal department and obtaining the required approvals.
• Managing the entire process from requirements gathering through to final drafting and approval of all contractual documents.
• Advising business departments on possible courses of action under existing agreements and in response to queries from external partners.
• Identifying risks of potential breaches of contract and initiating remedial measures.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Degree in economics or law or have completed vocational training combined with several years’ professional experience dealing with legal issues in contract law.
• Ability to draft complex texts; legal experience is helpful but not essential.
• Experience in coordinating complex tasks involving interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience in cross-team and cross-departmental collaboration
• Strategic thinking and approach
• Familiarity with the planning and design of complex projects 
• Ability to quickly grasp highly complex topics and present them in a way that is easy to understand
• Networked thinking, ability to contribute new ideas / think outside the box, teamwork skills, creativity, reliability
• Team player
• Strong analytical skills
