O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial office Lead to play a crucial role in optimizing financial operations and resource allocation while overseeing key financial and administrative operations. If you're a proactive professional with experience in finance, accounting, and administration, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Financial Oversight – Manage cash-flow control, receivables, payables, and cost control, ensuring budget alignment.
• Payment System & Reporting – Oversee payment system updates, weekly reports cross-check, and statistical reporting for management.
• Invoice & Petty Cash Control – Monitor invoices, petty cash, and all bank account balances.
• Business Trip Management – Handle business trip logistics, including reporting and ticket purchasing.
• Salary & Bonus Control – Ensure accurate salary processing, attendance tracking, and bonus calculations.
• Administrative support in new Shop Openings /replacement– Manage the full process of opening new shops, including insurance, registration, and budget control.
• Contract & Supplier Management – Oversee contracts, rental agreements, and communication with suppliers and landlords.
• Compliance & Legal Oversight – Ensure compliance with KYC, NIS 2, and other legal frameworks, while managing communication with auditors, legal advisors, and public authorities.
• Management of a team of people
• Travelling within the country and abroad in case of need

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance or administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), with strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

SOFT SKILLS:
• Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive change, and implement strategic improvements across financial and administrative functions.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities for effective interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
