Sales Consultant - Healthcare / Biotechnology

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven and people-oriented professional to join our growing Slovak subsidiary and support its further expansion in the healthcare sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining sales, relationship-building and meaningful client communication in a dynamic international healthcare environment. The role combines consultative sales, client care and relationship management through both online and offline activities, including personal meetings, field visits and phone communication with clients.

Main responsibilities

• Actively present, promote and recommend the company’s healthcare services to individual clients and healthcare partners across Slovakia

• Conduct phone consultations and proactive communication with prospective and existing clients through customer support and lead follow-up activities

• Support clients throughout the decision-making process with professional, empathetic and trustworthy communication

• Conduct occasional field visits and professional meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals across Slovakia

• Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to the company’s growth and market presence

• Participate in conferences, educational events, trainings and professional meetings

• Cooperate on local sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and lead generation

• Collect market feedback and contribute ideas for improving sales, communication and client experience activities

• Cooperate closely with company management and international FamiCord Group teams

• Play an active role in strengthening the company’s market position in Slovakia

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, client relationship management or healthcare consulting

• Strong sales personality with proactive and business-oriented mindset

• Confidence in networking, relationship-building and proactive client communication

• Experience in healthcare or biotechnology is preferred (experience in stem cell banking is a strong advantage)

• University degree

• Advanced English (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Professional appearance and confident interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships

• Independent, proactive and responsible approach

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Willingness to travel across Slovakia

• Driving licence – Category B (active driver)
