Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Service Report Coordinator to support our chimney service inspection operations across Europe.

Our technicians perform inspections of industrial steel chimneys at customer sites throughout Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to transform technical information provided by our field technicians into professional and easy-to-understand inspection reports for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize chimney inspection reports in Microsoft Word based on information, photos, and notes received from field technicians.

• Ensure reports are professional, accurate, well-structured, and customer-friendly.

• Create and maintain customer orders in Excel

• Coordinate with technicians to obtain missing information when required.

• Maintain accurate documentation and project records.

• Support general administrative tasks related to service and inspection projects.

Required Qualifications

• IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• English and German.

• Communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical documentation.

• Good organizational and administrative skills.

Experience (Preferred)
