Legal Counsel

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
The Legal Counsel will provide legal and compliance support to business operations in the Czech Republic. The role covers corporate and employment law, data protection, data security, and compliance monitoring. Responsibilities also include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to payment solutions, financing structures with partner financial institutions, and vendor contracts.

Key Responsibilities
*Providing legal and compliance advice primarily for the Czech Republic, with exposure to global activities.
*Identifying and addressing legal and compliance matters related to projects in a timely manner.
*Collaborating with internal teams, legal colleagues, and external counsel.
*Supporting the development of new technology and financing solutions, including applicable legal frameworks.
*Developing and maintaining internal policies, templates, and guidelines.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
*Minimum 3 years of experience in business, employment, and corporate law.
*Law degree with qualification to act as in-house counsel in the Czech Republic; European Bar qualification is a plus.
*Excellent written and spoken English.
*Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
*Experience with complex commercial agreements; SaaS or financial structuring experience is an advantage.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex legal issues, including cross-border matters.
*Basic IP knowledge and proficiency in standard office applications.
*Willingness to work from Prague offices (hybrid model).
*Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.
