Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As our new Warehouse Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials across our operations. By coordinating warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting logistics processes, you will help ensure products are delivered on time while contributing to reliable and effective supply chain performance.

Working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from Logistics, Production, and other cross-functional teams to ensure material availability, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence, efficiency, and service quality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate warehouse operations and material flow to ensure timely availability of materials and goods for production and distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and support stock control activities to ensure reliable planning and operational efficiency.
• Process warehouse transactions and manage documentation using SAP, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Production, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and optimize warehouse and material handling processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, improving safety standards, enhancing service quality, and streamlining daily operations.
