About this role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer / Tech Leader to join our innovative and rapidly growing team in the mobile robotics industry. In this role, you will work not only with large-scale systems but also directly support our fleet of autonomous robots. You will lead key technical initiatives, drive DevOps best practices, and help shape our infrastructure and delivery pipelines for both cloud and on-premise environments.

From 3500 EUR/month (and higher based on experience and skills) + performance bonus

Core responsibilities

• Serve as the technical leader for DevOps initiatives, providing direction and guidance on best practices.
• Manage infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Deploy and manage workloads using Helm and Argo CD.
• Partner with software, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment across cloud, on-premise, and embedded systems.
• Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and scalability through automation and proactive optimizations.
• Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to infrastructure, embedded deployments, and DevOps processes.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable software delivery.

Requirements

• Experience working with on-premise and embedded systems is highly valuable.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment tools (Helm, Argo CD a plus).
• Solid background in Linux administration, scripting, and system optimization.
• Experience in scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK Stack).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud).
