YOUR TASKS: 

• Master operational excellence of our clients, drive digital transformation efforts and ensure smooth implementation of new banking systems and solutions for the biggest industry players.
• One of the key responsibilities is the parameterization and development of core functionalities within the Avaloq banking system.
• Work on the frontline and assist with all phases of the project life cycle i.e. analysis, requirements, planning, development, testing and deployment to ensure project deliverables meet defined scope
• Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
• Conduct workshops with the client to collect requirements
• Help client in defining user cases
• Respond to, and handle complex issues in testing and production
• Gather requirements relating to the integration of new systems
• Be in close contact and interact directly with our customers
• Willingness to travel internationally to engage with clients and stakeholders at various levels.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Information Technology, Math, Physics, Chemistry or Engineering
• Affinity to information technology- experience with project management tools is advantage, hands-on programming experience is a must
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; professional experience in Business Analysis is beneficial
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a big plus
• Strong team player and excellent soft skills
• Professional experience in banking, wealth management and financial services industry is a strong advantage
• Experience working with project management methodology is a plus
