Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
The HR Master Data Specialist is responsible for our HR data model. This mean establish, maintenance, quality, and integrity of employee master data across the organisation. This role leads the development and enforcement of data governance standards and processes within HRIS and supports consistent data flows between HR and other connected systems. Also, this role is responsible for HR reporting and insights based on our HR Master Data.
The role begins as part of the HR Dynamics implementation project and transitions into a permanent function.
- Responsible for securing HR data quality and compliance with data processes across sites
- Manage collection, cleansing, and migration of HR data from legacy systems.
- Coordinate with local HR teams to validate and standardise master data.
- Support collaboration with implementation partner (4Vision) for data migration activities.
- Help define and implement controls for data accuracy prior to go-live.
- Responsible for running and improving our global reporting processes
- Conduct HR data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and HR initiatives.
- Maintain and manage HR master data including employee records, organisational structures, positions.
- Build and implement a data governance framework (rules, ownership, controls).
- Monitor data quality and perform audits to identify inconsistencies or errors.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage access rights and workflows for HR data entry and approval.
- Coordinate integrations/synchronisations with payroll, T&A, LMS (e.g., Eloomi), recruitment systems (e.g., Recruitee).
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and management.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Proven experience working with HRIS systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics HR or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of data management, governance, and validation principles.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work across international teams with both technical and non-technical users.
- Proficient in English (working language).
- Advantage: Experience with data migration, data modelling, or HRIS implementation and Power BI
